Many of us have dreams when we were young, some even have tall-order dreams like me...like me having my own castle, having my own boat, my own jet ...
I find that dreams are important, as it is a projection of what we want to achieve in life. It has the power to drive us to achieve our goals and give us the strength to overcome any obstacles. And even in the darkest moment, give us hope to carry on.
I often like to go back to history to remember what is worthy to be remembered:
In 1899, the Wright brother’s (Wilbur and Orville) started experimenting with gliders. After countless failures, the flying machine was flown successfully finally in 17 December 1903. They were granted a patent for their flying machine in 1906. With courage and perseverance these self-taught engineers relied on teamwork and application of the scientific process to make their dream come true. What they have achieved changed our world forever. Man can finally fly.
If you want to achieve what you want in life, well defined your dream and turn it into measurable goals, break them down into specific action steps and visualize the desired outcomes, just like the Wright brothers did.
