Help given to First Time HDB buyers

Budget can benefit more Home Buyers of HDB flats.

The additional CPF Housing Grants will be increased to $40,000 from $30,000. This grant was provided to the lower-income families buying their first HDB flat subjected to the condition that the household income is not more than $5000.

Smaller HDB flats is expected to be the greatest beneficiary.
